Balam History
“Balam” confectionery enterprise was founded as a family business in Ashgabat in 2016. At the time of creation, the main activity is the sale of confectionery.
Having opened its own production in 2016, the Company has gone from a small workshop for the production of bakery and confectionery products with a productivity of 100 > kg per shift, to a large production facility with a capacity of 2.5 thousand tons of products per month.
A special milestone in the history of the company was the opening of the second production site and the introduction of a new line of activity on it - the production of puff pastry products.
Today, Balam is a modern, dynamically developing, leading manufacturer of puff products, which is one of the best confectionery enterprises in Turkmenistan. The product range includes more than 100 items, among them - products from puff pastry, shortcrust pastry, muffins, bread, pastries of oriental sweets and cakes.
PRODUCTION AND QUALITY STANDARDS
Confectionery enterprise Balam works in accordance with legislative and international food safety requirements. In 2016, the company successfully passed laboratory certification and received a certificate of compliance, which is based on the principle of food safety risk analysis and the establishment of critical control points, which allows to ensure product control at all stages of production.
Baking and all confectionery products are made on the exclusive high-quality equipment of the world famous company RONDO (Switzerland) and leading Turkmen manufacturers.
